One of my truck drivers got yelled at by a cop the other day for laying in the horn in his truck for some kids fricking around in the crosswalk.
I went back and looked at the camera footage in his truck and he was completely in the right.
I've noticed that people on the west coast and NE take their time a lot more than southern and Midwest folk.
