Does this annoy anyone else as much as it annoys me?

Just saw a lady posting an article about the ISIS attacks on a Kenyan university that killed 147 people

in April 2015.

Yet people posting "oh how sad" "oh no", not realizing this isn't current news. Seen the same thing with celebrity deaths as well.

Anyone ever post "You know this actually happened over a year ago?" on those? So tempted to do this, but don't want the woman to get upset

Why do you have a Facebook page? Are you 60 or 16?

It's kind of like all the outrage over the LSU band situation when the decision was actually made before last season.

Up late nurse? Or early?

Yea that stuff bugs me but I'm only on FB about 20 min per day. When someone does something to piss me off, it's too easy to "see less" of them on my feed.

I never get why people ask this. Why don't you have one?

It's great for keeping up with people you don't see as much and family and cousins. People ridicule facebook yet post on forums. There are people on Facebook that probably ridicule people who waste hundreds or thousands of hours on forums.

I really do feel LSU's band should be banned from performing at any other stadium for that dick move on their part.

Me neither

There are people I'd lose touch with otherwise and none post crap

Maybe people should control their contacts better

Why should the band be penalized for a dick move on the administrations part?

My parents live 1400 miles away from me. My dad has a FB for the sole purpose of being able to see all the pics I post and have a glimpse of how my life is over in AZ cause he misses me.

So frick anyone that criticizes me having FB, while I have it for my own reasons(I'm female and most of us like FB), I'll never get rid of it cause of my dad(especially if I do have a kid...that's gonna be a main way to share baby pics with family/friends back home).

I actually like when they go on a rant about an article that was published by the Onion.

Yeah that is amusing as well.

Being a nurse I have many nurse fb friends that post Gomer Blog articles(it's a medical satire news site). Same thing though...love when non-medical people get up in arms about it..not realizing it is just satire.

to try and force the administration's hand. It's not fair for LSU to march at other stadiums then not let anybody play at theirs. Bands have played there going back to the 20's and yet now because the Athletics let so many no players and non personal on the field bands, and by extension fans have to be penalized? F that.
