me too but im know as the one who has a ton of flavor and i experiment with a bunch of things so the majority of people i ook for know to taste it first. and i warn new people to taste first.

one gripe i get is that i over season, but i think sometimes dishes nee it.

If they never have had your cooking before, then it's just weird habit on their part

salt and pepper don't bother me. Just when I grill ribeyes and guests ask for ketchup.

My wife puts a frick ton of LA hot sauce on everything before even tasting it. She makes me so proud.

I can't cook for shite so I just assume whatever someone does to my food is for a good reason.
