FWIW they did this with the Natchitoches Christmas Festival several years ago. It was turning into a hooligan convention. It's much more enjoyable now.

Dude you cannot put all those houses out there and connect them to surrounding areas with only two lane roads. See Lee drive in BR for a reference.

Lee drive is a result of piss poor city infrastructure planning.

Youngsville is nothing but old cane fields. There's nothing BUT room to widen the roads and it's in progress.
