Have your wife do the two week free trial of the app on another bike(one at the gym,etc). Then she can get a feel for if she likes the classes or not.



I love the app. You have a wide variety of different classes and instructors(and you know the instructors have to be really good if they are being featured on Peloton). I use the on demand feature all the time. You can pick a ride for whatever you are in the mood for or have time for. I like that many of the rides use hand weights as well in a part of the ride. There are also several ones you can pick that are workouts that don't use the bike....basically the instructors guiding you in stretching exercises, ab work, etc.


This is my favorite instructor...Jennifer Jacobs. Very motivating instructor. And she's nice to look at if you are male

You think the ancient greeks used stationary bikes? They rode real bikes, the technology hadn't been created yet
