Aw man, that sucks. He's gotta do what he's gotta do to feel better. They only say he has a "virus", but he's 71 and you can't really mess with anything at that age.

When was this? Saw him in Houston a couple years ago and he sounded good.

just a few years ago, at the former Cowboys stadium, fairly recently after it opened, then I stated to paying a little closer attention to his "live" singing, and he picks what he's going to sing pretty carefully, IIRC, when he was on SNL last year, he didn't sing at all, he got some kids to sing a Christmas song, or some kind of holiday song, not knocking him, he's a treasure to the music world, and he shits turds with more musical talent than I could ever dream of, I suppose some nights are better than others

I can't swear that he mimed every note, but at times, it was pretty obvious, my daughter actually pointed it out to me first, and also, he didn't want the big TV turned on, you cannot hide anything from that big thing

Same here. He was awesome in Houston. And that was just last year I think?
Unfortunate to seem him postpone. Bought my parents tickets because I really want my dad to see him in person. I know it's on his bucket list. Hope he gets better soon.
