What's the best and loudest Bluetooth speakers for my patio area under 350.00

Not sure what you're going for here, but I ended up getting a Bose sound link mini a couple of years back. It's my patio speaker now, but can't be left outside obviously. I basically carry it with me everywhere. Chances are it will be loud enough for your patio space unless it's just a giant open area.

I'd like some where the bass and treble could be adjusted. Ordered some offline last week, got them in and they sounded like a clock radio Sending them back

look up aesis transactive bluetooth speaker. Portable VERY VERY loud. Good bass, crisp sound. Also will charge your phone, and can plug a mic into it. $100-$200 depending on model. Can use by the pool, take to beach, or tailgate.

I'm going to talk about placement. You don't want to aim an outside speaker away from the house. You're trying to fill an infinite void with sound. Mount the speaker facing the house so the house walls naturally reinforce the sound and define a listening area. This will increase bass response without having to crank up that bass adjustment.
The speakers we install are all wired so unfortunately I can't help with the Bluetooth option. If I get some time later I'll do a little research.

Go wired so your sound quality doesn't suffer.

Save yourself $200 and get the jawbone instead of the Bose. It's significantly louder and the sound quality is just as good. I did a side by side comparison with mine and my friends and it wasn't close.
If you only have $350 to spend on outdoor sound, you shouldn't buy it. Not that you can't get good speakers for that, but you will be replacing them every few years.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for some friends a few years ago. They use them by their pool on the other side of the yard from an Ipod in the living room. You could also do radio or whatever. They have had a pool full of people and you can still hear the speakers just fine without the volume being turned up very loud. Amazon does not have them anymore but you may be able to find them somewhere else.
