Out-of-state speeding ticket advice needed

While driving westbound on I-10 around Beaumont I noticed a cop ahead of me with his taillights off. However, I couldn't initially tell if he was state or city police.
As I started getting closer I began to slow down. I'm in the far left lane doing about 86 and he is in the right lane as part of a three-lane stretch of interstate.
I drop down to around 70-75 (it's a 75 zone) and he veers over and drops in behind me before throwing on the lights.
Apparently, he managed to run his radar despite being ahead of me while driving (I didn't even realize this was possible).
Long story short, he gave me a ticket despite my cooperation (I'm officially 0/4 when it comes to getting out of tickets).
I have already taken an in-person defensive driving course in Louisiana to have my first ticket removed from my record. My question is, what is the likelihood that I can take some sort of online defensive driving course for this citation?
Also, what is the real risk of not paying a speeding ticket if you live in another state?

A bench warrant that follows you everywhere in the US?

if you every get pulled over or stopped in that state you'll have a bench warrant and go to jail. just pay the $180.

First, own up to your law breaking. Second, there is a bunch of things they can do to get you to pay for the ticket (eventually). Ever heard of a lien?

Yeah. By all means, mess with Texas. It's not like they have an official state slogan advising, specifically, not to do that.

License suspended and then making personal appearance in Texas to pay and address bench warrant. Frustration with trying to get license reinstated. Payments to Texas for ticket. Payments to Texas for bench Warrant. Payments to Louisiana for license reinstated. Time at DMV. Time in Texas.
or...
Just pay the stupid ticket

Not just that state. Anytime your license is read anywhere they will know you have a warrant for your arrest.

I am too scared to leave the house because the cops are actively looking for me to make a mistake. That's okay, eventually we'll all die and in the afterlife cops won't have any control over me.

Seems pretty cut and dry. Why would you be upset he gave you a ticket even though you "cooperated"? Be a fricking man and pay the ticket.
BTW, I am almost positive that Texas and Louisiana have a reciprocal agreement, which means any infraction in either state is treated the same as in your home state. If Texas suspends you, you'd be suspended in La too

There were only a 3 to 5 states that Louisiana didn't have an agreement with when I last checked around 3 years ago. Gotta get that money!

"Don't mess with Texas" is an anti-littering warning...

Don't pay the ticket. It'll be safer for the rest of us if you're taken off the road.
Seriously, suck it up, pay the ticket and stick to the speed limit.

Apparently you haven't driven in Texas often, it's 85MPH or get your arse ran over. Heck, west of Houston you better be going faster than that...
