OT's opinion on Richard Condon?

Any listeners of 98.1 know who he is.
I think he plays his schtick up big time and can really ruffle feathers. That being said, he says some things I agree with that aren't necessarily politically correct but I'm glad someone says em. He definitely can sound like a "get off my lawn" type of geezer sometimes though.

Fair point.
I'm a college kid fwiw, he's typically bashing my generation about one thing or another. I still agree with him from time to time about certain issues.

I dont live in BR anymore but I was there a few weeks ago, I turned on 98.1 and heard Condon (surprising he was on the eagle to me) and he teased some lame arse joke about a districtwoman for 15 minutes like it was some breaking news. The whole 15 minutes was "you wont believe this, you know what i would do?, I got some NEWS FOR YOU"

He was really good to listen to back in the 90's....not so much as of late, then again I havent listen to much of him in the past 15-20 years.

He tries too hard to be funny at times, but he's better than most if you don't have XM radio.

I think Condon is great... He has the gift of gab and uses it well.... And is way smarter than people give him credit for........
