I started doing this routine a couple of weeks ago and it has been working pretty good. I will have 1 heavy lift per day (in parenthesis) that i will do a couple of warm up sets then do 5x5 as heavy as possible. I will then do other lifts that day 3-4x8-10 @ moderate weight.
I'll do my usual full body bodyweight workout sometime this evening. Had a Christmas party last night and intended to work out afterward but I was a lazy POS instead. Have to work out twice more to get in my three days this week. I've averaged 3Xweek for going on eight months now. Hope to keep it up through the holidays.
