Last time I did the big 3 I was around 680 -710

205 bench
280 squat
205-225 deadlift.

Have tendinitis in my shoulder so I don't bench heavy.

Don't care. I exercise to look good and for better health not bragging rights.

I can almost- Only thing missing is bench by 30 lbs, I hit a plateau at 970.

Hoping if I carry more gallons of water and shaker bottles with me in the gym I can get that extra little bit.

For a beginner male lifter that is a very achievable goal if you follow a basic linear progression program and eat correctly.

For someone with a little bit of experience lifting it is not hard at all. Follow a program, eat, and rest.

I'm Hoping by the end of the year to be at 400 for bench, although that isn't likely to happen. I've been looking into getting a personal trainer though. I got some weight I want to drop.
