Mouth in, mouth out. Less resistance, more air volume turnover.

Everyone always says nose, but I have no clue how they do it. Every once in a while I try it, and Idk if I'm just booged-out up there, but I can't get any air through the nose.

Pretty much exclusively mouth for me.
