OT photogs: Disney trip gear question

Going on a week-ling trip next week. I'm trying to keep the bulk/weight of my camera bag down. Just upgraded my gear in anticipation of the trip, and wondering if the lens choices will be adequate.
Canon 7D mark ii body
Canon 24-105mm f/4L - day use, outdoors
Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8- night use, indoors, landscapes
I also have a 50mm 1.8, and a small camcorder. These are light, but will have to bring a bigger bag/backpack if I start increasing gear. I will not be bringing my tripod. I'm hoping to find a table, garbage can, or other stationary objects for my long exposure night shots.
TIA

Just save 100% of that weight and buy memory maker and use every single PhotoPass cast member you see.

How about leaving all that shite at home and use a cell camera or pocket digital camera? Wouldn't you rather be a part of the fun instead of taking pictures of others having fun? Besides, no one wants to see your pictures.

Have you looked into those small Gorilla stands? They would help when shooting from a picnic table etc.
I'm going in Jan, and have a new camera backpack on my xmas wish list. What I really need is a better strap or slip as the OEM Nikon strap sucks on long excursions.
My personal preference would be to have a lense with more reach. It's hard to zoom with your feet in a crowd.

Wife has a Nikon DSLR. We left it at home. Brought my little Nikon P&S, and cell phones. The memory maker is legit. We ended up with almost 600 pictures, and they throw in a bunch of stock shots of the parks.
Really, you'll have enough going on without worrying about your camera gear.

The answers you've gotten are helpful but I'm in the middle.
Memory Maker is a must. Use it. You gut full family photos and ride photos. It's great for the money.
If you have a decent cell phone, use it as well. The Photo people around Disney won't be there for every moment. And most moments are outdoors which means the cell camera will do all the work you need. Also, it's much, much faster to use. Those moments go quickly sometimes. Some days I just leave it in the room anyway.
Finally, I like having my camera too. A Nikon D5300. But I only keep one lens on it. A 35mm f/1.8. My small bag can carry an extra battery and my 10mm prime as well if I want the wide angle scenery pics, usually I'll take those when relaxing/people watching. There's no reason to bring all the extra gear. You just won't use it.

You're gonna leave all that behind at the hotel room starting on day two.

This only works for family portraits in predefined areas of the parks.

That works fine during the day, but it sucks in the dark or if you are capturing motion. Even good point and shoots really struggle in these conditions.
For example, last night I decided to leave my DSLR in the car at Celebration in the Oaks because my son was starting to fall asleep. We decided to take a couple of shots anyway with the cell phone, and none of them came out. While I wasn't looking to do anything fancy, I didn't have the right equipment to get the shot I wanted.
When traveling it ultimately comes down to preference. If your a photography hobbiest there is just so much more you can do with a nice camera. While I agree that you don't want to spend your trip behind a lens, you can still create some really wonderful pictures to last a lifetime with a little bit of patience.

I'd bring exactly what you listed. I went to Italy recently and took just the 5D3, the 24-70mm f/2.8, and the 10mm fish. Wouldn't bring a bag out at all, just carried the camera with whatever lens I wanted for that outing. Don't regret it at all.
EtA:
Upon advice of a friend, I bought this so I didn't have to go tripod less or lug around my Manfrotto.
LINK
Was perfect, lightweight, and I'd take it out at night.

I really don't like all the standard "posed" pictures that the Disney folks take. I love to catch the candid moments that the Disney folks don't see. I love to be behind the lens...that's why I invested in the equipment.

And your pics still wont be as good as the memory maker shots.
Because you won't be in them.

You don't need to be in a photo for it to mean something or make you remember that you were there.

We've got another couple and their kids coming with us, I can have them click off a few shots.

Pro Tip: Hand your camera to the photo cast member and you don't need to pay for the memory maker.

Jesus Christ dude, it sounds like you are trying to get your pictures published in national geographic.
Just use your iPhone.
No one will ever look back at these pics anyway.

That's because you take pictures with a cellphone that are more likely going to come out blurry, grainy, or at best one dimensional.

Taking the kids next month.
What's best place to stay on site?

What part of next month? The busiest weekend will be Marathon weekend. Much of the resorts will already be booked.
