ot lifters....callus care

my callus care is up to twice a week now, it's becoming annoying, anybody for any good routines?

On your hands?

Haha. Leave them or bite them off when bored.

re: ot lifters....callus care
problem is when lifting heavy they can rip off....that then limits training.

I don't miss lifts, so callus care is a must

I used to have this problem. I rub my hands down at night with a pomous stone. Haven't had any rip open since

Yeah yeah yeah. Stop being so sensitive.

If they rip, they rip.

it all sounds manly until you rip one off deadlifting and can barely train for a week or two.

a little callous is good. when the callous gets extremely pronounced, its bound to rip and cause injury. especially if you are doing lots of grip work and dont use those straps.
