Someone ran a red light and hit my wife this morning and made her vehicle flip over several times. Wife is okay, but naturally other driver is denying everything, and no witnesses.

What happens here? Just bend over and take it in the arse?

Anyone ticketed?

What kind of car was your wife in that flipped several times?

No one called the police? I think they always respond to a rollover. Start with the police report

Then if there are cameras, file an open records request

I would also suggest not giving a statement to other drivers insurance

Um how can you deny making a car flip? That would most likely easy to tell it was not self inflicted by the way it rolled? Glad she's ok.

Woah!

Glad she is OK. She'll be pretty sore in about 36-48 hours. Take symptoms seriously, as things don't always show up right away.

I have no legal advice. Sorry, and good luck.

Witnesses did talk to the police, nobody saw what happened though aside from the wreck

No, I just was curious as to what kind of car it was.

Obviously, she is OK, so it must have done it's job pretty well.

The other driver is saying my wife ran the red light, not her

First off glad everyone is ok. But it's your wife's word against the other driver's. This is why you have insurance.

It's situations like this that have me wanting to get a dash cam for my car. Having one in a situation like yours would prove who was at fault.

Lawyer up quick and go see if there are cameras at the intersection. What did the witnesses say as to who had the red light?

Witnesses didn't see. No cameras aside from a business on side the road.

Three people have said it now, so I hope you listen. I would be hiring a lawyer tomorrow at 8 a.m., unless you have one to call now.

Since this happened at an intersection, see if the lights have a camera. Even if the intersections doesn't do camera ticketing for running a red or anything like that, a lot of intersections do have a camera. If not, if there are any businesses located at that intersection see if they have a security camera looking out over the front of their store.
