List is flawed, it has Southern at 4 in Louisiana and LSU at 12. That's because people with 13 ACT's don't even bother applying to LSU.

The first thing it says it is based on is acceptance rates which is almost completely worthless. Talking US news and world reports level worthless.

Exactly. A lot of the dipshit schools have low acceptance rates because all the dumbasses know that is the only school that might accept them and they all apply to that school.
