nice job. i haven't pushed myself heavy on flat in a while. Why such low reps if you were capable of pushing more on the first 4 sets?

At my gym we've got a few like that who just curl and do flyes and have no legs. No legs = no ladies.

I'm sticking with my deadlifts and swimming 5 times a week.
I'm sure you guys are stronger than me, but running people clean the frick over is something I'll never lose.


Anybody in this thread that wants to take a run me can go for it.

Can you actually play any sports or do anything practical with this accomplishment? Seems like all the over muscled meatheads I work with are the most uncoordinated people around.

That's what I'm saying. I will clean run you the frick over, hit it past you off the tee, and beat you in a 100m freestyle.

I don't lift heavy weight. When's the last time I had something on my chest I couldn't lift off of me? If a small pick up flips over on me, I'll have a problem.
