Don't get me wrong. I feel much better about myself throughout the day if I get up early and get a good lift/run in before work

But...

As far as quality of a workout; I gotta say that working out at night is much better. It takes me way too long to warm up in the morning and I lose 15-20 minutes just trying to stretch and warm up. If I go at night, I can do about 5 minutes of mobility and I'm good to go. Everything just feels better.

Y'all agree, or nah?

I'm a morning person and would rather do everything in the morning. I'm worn out by quitting time and don't have the initiative to hit the gym. Mornings for me.

4-6 pm are usually peak gym hours for scoping out and eye candy...I cant work out in an empty gym. I need the motivation. Even Rocky didnt work out alone while training in Russia he had a film crew for his montage video, paulie, and some guy there to slap his abs when he was doing crunches.

Can't workout in the morning at all. Only nights for me, or early afternoon on weekends, after a few meals

I'd like to get all lifting in before 3.

Any later than that and I'm jacked for next 10 hours and can't sleep.

I get up at 4:45 to lift in the morning. I hit work in mid day form while everyone else is yawning and chugging coffee.
I love it
