It's finally time to retire my old R9. What's hot these days?

Been pounding my R11 for a while now--hasn't failed me yet. The key is to get a shaft that fits you right.

I like the Ping. Have a Taylor made and always play with the Ping.

I played Titleist my whole life until I got a Callaway Razr Fit a few years ago, so I'll endorse those 2 brands.

Like the Callaway a little better bc for 3-4 years I haven't had a reason to take it out of my bag

I hit a 3 as far as I hit my driver but I actually hit it straight with the 3. Am I just a pussy?

A little old now, but still relevant - you can get a new stiff flex Cobra Amp Cell Pro for $120 online.

Just learn to hit your driver straight. The mechanics are the same as your 3 wood. Are you using 2 different types of shafts for each club?

Another thing to consider is hip rotation. I find that sometimes if I try to hit my driver too hard then I push/fade it vs if I take my time and focus on rotating my hips through impact then my drives are straight/draw a touch.

I just finally decided to get a new driver.
Been hitting the first Taylormade Burner for a while now and loved it. Just doesn't seem to have that pop anymore.

Got a JetSpeed and hated it from the start. Never felt right. Returned it a few days ago.
just got a Big Bertha and haven't tried it yet.

Driver and 3 wood are pretty different swings.

In that one is off a tee and the other isn't. I approach them the same as far as mechanics go.
