Get back down to a solid 170 while keeping my size. Back to running 20mins 5k's. Running at 180 has been rough on me I'm not used to carrying this much weight while running.

Try running at 218, it sucks arse.

Biggest goal is to become more consistent in dieting habits. I look for any excuse to go off the deep end for a night or an entire weekend of excessive cheating. My diet isn't even too restrictive, but I just can't resist smashing pizza and I love cookies or any sugar-loaded bakery item.

I started using this, a few weeks ago. Give it a try.

I hope to be able to ride 100 miles (in one day), on my bike. I would also like to weigh around 175 lbs, I'm currently at 188.

Weigh 175-180. Whichever works out to about 10-12% body fat. Weigh 185 now.

Three miles on the treadmill in under 23 min. About 2 min slower now.

Really I work towards a look and I'm pretty close to what I want already.

Not really fitness but get my Brown Belt in BJJ

Get 600 on the deadlift. Got 585 for a single on Sunday so I am danger close to that. I have forsaken all jits tournaments this year to stay close to 230 lbs to keep my strength up to hit my goal. After I get it, I am dropping to 210'ish and will compete at under 205.

Also looking at making a big change to my body via diet and exercise. I'm about 6'1 185 right now which is about 10lbs heavier than I have been for a while. Age 27 and I have basically lost all my definition even though I'm still what most would call skinny. Joining a gym (paid for by work) sometime in the next week or 2 but I really don't know what I'm doing since I havent been in the gym in 3 years. As far as my diet goes, I HAVE to lay off the sweets which is tough for me, but I've already started cutting back without too much of a problem. I'm very anxious to start and get to a point where I see results. I'm currently running 2x a week but would like to add at least another day in there.

Before the year is over I'd like to run a 3 mile in under 17 minutes, which would put me as fast as I was in high school. I need to work on my diet as well

I actually started weight training for the first time in my life about 3 months ago. Its nice to see results, but I really have no goals.

I really want to ride a century on my bike and start swimming. I'd like to do a half ironman if that goes well. Problem is I'd have no time for anything else if I trained for that. Pretty much give up on weight training and weekend activities.

Work out consistently. Whether it's on a program or not, at least do some form of exercise 3x a week. Used to play basketball, but too many injuries. Might pick up some tennis.

I'd like to be under 160 (162 now). 155-158 would be great. Not sure of bf%. I was 150-ish in HS, so 155 would be fine.
