OT doctors - diagnose me

I was playing sports last night and running and felt a pop in my right calf. I had to come off th field bc I cannot put weight on that foot without considerable calf pain. No visible bruising as of yet. What did I do and how long am I out?

You prob ruptured your Achilles. Run your hand along the back of your leg from your heel to your calf along your Achilles. If you feel a soft spot you ruptured your achilles and like someone else said Good Luck you are going to need it. Another test for it is laying down on a table having someone grab and squeeze your calf your foot should plantar flex if your tendon is intact.
