Ot docs and smart people. Please help

Ok I have a giant pimple/cyst/ingrown hair on the inside of my left nostril about half an inch deep and located on the upper side.
It hurts so dang bad.
I've tried so much, ice, popping it with a needle, Neosporin, hydrogen peroxide. The only way I can get relief is to inject 1% lidocaine around the bump.
I got 2cc's(ml) in right now but it wears off surprisingly fast.
It's so bad it makes my teeth hurt. Any advice would be so appreciated. Thank you.

Yes I've squeezed the heck out of it. Got lots of blood but not anything looking like pus.
I've dislocated my shoulder 17 times and had 2 surgeries on it. This hurts worse than that.
At this point I welcome death.

Squeeze hard and move the pressure around to find the pocket
It may be a sinus issue or an infection in your face if it's making your teeth hurt

Soak a cotton ball in peroxide and shove up nostril. If the area has been lanced like you say it should draw out the bullshite.
Sterilize some tweezers and pull on it. If ingrow hair you might get lucky and snag it.

Be careful you don't get staph infection in your face from that. Happens often from nostril pimples and even razor cuts.

Go to an urgent care. If you got no money in Baton Rouge go to the LSU Urgent Care on N Foster. It's a huge waste of taxpayers money but when I worked there most patients in there at once was 4
