Hope everyone had a nice christmas, was nice and warm up here but the cold weather is coming... Finding a few decent deals from Nola so I'll post them below. As always, any questions or requests just ask.
Note: I use google flights to browse and all flights posted are for a roundtrip ticket.
New Orleans to:
Denver: $118 on Frontier, $157 on United or Southwest. January through March. Very good deal for ski season, I'd book it now if you've got any plans on going skiing in Colorado. You could also book two one-ways (fly up on United, back on Southwest) if certain days are cheaper on either airline.
Fort Lauderdale: $98 on southwest, $118 on United. January, February, early march. Plenty of availability on Southwest
Dallas: $81 on American or Southwest. January through early march
Chicago: $88 on Southwest, $97 on United. Lots of cheap dates January through early March. Bring your snow boots
Washington DC: $198 on Southwest or American. Lot of availability January through early march. About average deal
Atlanta: $141 on American, $168 on Southwest, $186 on Delta. January through early March
Salt Lake City: $174 on United. Limited dates, but there's a few weekends in January or February
Chattanooga: $161 on American. Lot of dates in January
Charlotte: $182 on Delta or United. January through early march
Columbia (SC): $181 on American, United, or Delta. January through early march
Houston: $116 on Southwest or United. Mid January through early March
Dallas to Denver: $81 on Southwest, United or American. January through late march. Great deal for you dallas people
Happy traveling

hoping the Jets play the Texans in the first round. I'll be heading to Houston for that one

Thanks man .
I like doing this because it's nice to get out of town every once in a while and explore another part of the country without having to spend a lot of $$$. Saving $200 on airfare means $200 more for booze, lift tickets, sporting events, etc.

Snagged southwest roundtrip to denver for 158
Worked out cheaper than Frontier since checking bags

Nice. That's by far the cheapest I've seen Southwest or United go for the nonstops to Denver, plus you can cancel or change your flight for free on southwest

Nice. Any advice on flights to Hawaii (Oahu) in May and New York in September?
Posted on 12/28/15 at 2:32 pm to DCG2009
The Honolulu flights you will want to start looking soon. Hawaii flights people tend to book months in advance and if you want too long there won't be many seats left. When in May specifically? I'm seeing flights for about $750 on alaska, $900 on delta and over $1000 on american or united
The NYC in September I would look about 2 or 3 months in advance. When would that trip be? If it's over labor day book early rather than later. Right now you can get nonstops to EWR, LGA or JFK for around $201 on jetblue, delta or united. I'd say if the price is over $300 keep looking for something lower

Looking for btr or Nola to Seattle around April 21st
Posted on 12/28/15 at 2:48 pm to meauxjeaux2
Too early for middle/end of march. Those cheap flights will be out in a few weeks/ a month. This is the first time this year I've seen cheap early march flights. I'll let you know, don't worry

I don't always post in here, but know that I always appreciate when you do this

$274 on delta from nola to seattle, not a bad price. It's been down around $254 but for an extra $20 you may want to book it

Looks like Southwest has a decent sale going on through the end of the year. Was looking for the wife for NYC... $99 one-ways from HOU to LGA, including Fridays and Sundays in January.

Yeah there's plenty of availability from IAH to Newark or Laguardia as well if you want to go on United/ prefer Bush over Hobby. Starts Jan 11th and goes to Feb 3rd.

When does DL's MQM year end, Dec 31st? Where are you based out of? If you've got time to travel over the next few days I can help you find something now for a lot less than that $1800
You could do MSY-MSP-SEA-ATL-MSY on 12/30 for $503 for 5208 miles, then something quick on the 29th or 31st
ETA: You're based at DCA right?
DCA-MSP-MSY-MSP-SEA-ATL-MSY-ATL-DCA $951 well over 6k
