Orthopedic doc recommendations in Ascension?

Long story short, I've had 4 surgeries on my left shoulder in past (approximately 20 + years ago) and my orthopedic doctor has since retired.

Having a major flare up with left shoulder right now that has profressively become worse over time since Wednesday. Feels as if it is separated and I have extreme pain my left shoulder joint. I'm no longer able to lift my left arm above my head and cannot bring my left arm behind my back. Pain level is very high up there as I wince every time I move my shoulder. No amount of pain medication or topical muscle reliever has helped.

Recommendations for a great ortho doc in Ascension Parish? And yes, the older I get, the more fragile k have become.
