Opening up a sweatshop in another country.

Does anybody have any experience with this? Maybe the Phillipines or Mozambique. May be looking to hire around 2 dozen individuals of any age or gender with soldering skills. Being near a large freight port is a necessity.

If I owned a sweatshop, I'd want it at least to be in the same hemisphere as me. Try Guatemala or Honduras.

While logistically that would be easier one must consider the westernization of the central american countries. During my initial due diligence I have come to the conclusion that a non-western / southern hemisphere country is the least likely to become subject to progressive labor regulations.
