One thing not to do just cause you're pissed at your ex-wife

Dude I know(NOT a guy a like) is having a very bad day today.
Seems that towards the end of his marriage, he secretly took nudies of his wife. Meh. Not catastrophic.
BUT, seems about 6 months ago, he thought posting those nudies of his ex-wife on Tumblr was a grand idea. Alas, he's in the military and turns out, that's a crime.
Best part. He had just sent her a summons last week for an early May court date cause he was taking her to court to try and get primary custody of his kid that's about to start Kindergarten this fall.
Oops. Me thinks that court date is going to go poorly.
