Hey y'all. I'm having an issue with my order and was wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
I have AT&T (unfortunately) and ordered my Iphone 5 back on September 24th. According to their website, the item status and shipment status are listed as "processing", which has been the case since I first ordered the phone, or for almost a month now. This seems like a very long time without a change or update in the status of my order. I plan to call AT&T tomorrow (already dreading it), but was wondering if anyone has gone through the same thing. Thanks!
