He just said on tv he didn't want to kill them as they were just kids so didn't shoot any of them in the chest. He is dying of colon cancer btw.

Dude is my fricking hero.

Only time I find myself there is going to a seafood market or heading to my grandfather inlaws place on Dog River.

Go to the Greer's Market off DIP and buy the Conecuh Hamburger\Steak seasoning and the Chicken\Pork\Game seasoning. It's the only place I've ever seen it, and I've checked every store I've shopped in Mobile. You'll thank me later. Especially their steak seasoning.

The steak seasoning is so good, I'm going to have some shipped pretty soon.

The suspects, Chasatie Dulabhan, Casey Ray Gann and Joseph Heathcock are currently in the hospital being treated for gunshot wounds they sustained during the home invasion.

Witnesses at the scene say the suspects were trying to steal the man's pain medicine.

Now they can get their very own pain medicine, although hopefully the hospital personnel know these scumbags are addicts and won't give them anything more than Tylenol to treat their wounds.

I think he's good. He's on solid ground in criminal court because he used less than the acceptable level of force against armed home invaders.

In a civil trial, the punks are extremely unsympathetic. Anything can technically happen, but if you're robbing an elderly cancer patient at gunpoint, you have a better chance of winning the Powerball than you do of finding a sympathetic jury.

I hope the punks get the maximum prison sentence.

Most people on dip don't have that reaction.

Home defense should start with .40 and higher when it comes to handguns so this type of thing doesn't happen.

9 mm and up. 9 mm can give you more rounds so you don't have to reload and less recoil to get off fast shots.

And from a ballistic standpoint there is not much difference anymore between 9 mm and .40 cal.

I love my Sig .45 but I have grown to really like a Glock 9 mm as well. It is pretty good tool in a fight.

I'll never understand why that stuff is still legal.

Totally agree!
Yet think there's a lawyer(s) out there so scummy as to paint the perps as victims.

Definitely. In criminal court and civil.

This. Fast, light, high capacity with quicker follow up shots.

Sure, but you wouldn't even need to stay at a Holiday Inn Express to get it thrown out.
