Depends on the speed. They aren't rated for very high speeds. I personally wouldn't take the chance at interstate speeds.

I wouldn't drive 80mph on it, especially in this kind of weather. I'd probably stick to about 50 max.

Most have maximum speed and mileage ratings and are only meant to go short distances to get you to a tire shop. I think the average maximum speed of a donut tire is 45, but I could be wrong.

I wouldn't do it unless you want to be stuck with a blown spare.

Most I ever did on a spare was about 30 miles. My guess is you'll be fine if you go the min speed.
