ETA: If you aren't farming. A good timber management plan is the way to go. Plus your sequester fund you get each year.

thanks, I like the lunch crowd regulars you are all good people.

My life is back on track after basically crashing and burning, I've come a hell of a long way. I like the OT it's almost like a little community. Even the shite-tier posters are fun to have in small doses.

Never ate bear but I did shoot a giant Kodiak with my bow last year on a spot and stalk hunt.

It's a recent change. Watchout. New ones are way sweeter, more gritty and blah.

I lived here for a long time. My parents still live up there on Meadville road about 2 or 3 houses before Jamie Spears old place.

I just ordered a couple boxes then realized they tasted different and was like WTF. Sad/Bad thing is I can't find something really comparable on the market. So IDK what I'm gonna do.

When my dad retired from the military we bought the place and then planted. The mighty Amite river runs along the east side of the property, so we have water front property
