Anybody else?
ETA:
I don't know the story, and there's no link... So just wondering.

Right before Katrina. We've certainly had our share of other citywide tragedies since then. May better days be ahead for BR and RIP Officer Melancon

I believe this was the one serving the high risk warrant in Midcity.
Think he was a Pville resident.

RIP Terry Malancon. The war on drugs killed one of the good guys. End this nonsense now

I hung out the with the guy a few times that killed Officer Melancon. He lived off State Street for a while. He seemed like a really chill dude. He sold a little pot and liked working on his classic car. What a waste of both lives over something as harmless as a few marijuana plants. I say that with no disrespect to the officer. He was just doing his job.

Sad day. Team executed a warrant on a dealer in the Capital Heights area. He started shooting as they entered. 3 total shot, Terry died at the scene. Very fortunate only one died. Dealer killed by return fire.
