Don't get it.

Since only one person can be in the bucket truck at a time doing that one task, the other guys are wasting $?

There were two more people I couldn't get in the picture but why does there need to be 8 people and 3 trucks working on one red light?

I always wonder who goes up there in this situation. If these guys played a game of presidents and assholes, would the president be up there, or would the a-hole?

How many DOTD employees does it take to change a red light?

I still haven't found anyone that could point me to a more corrupt, arse backwards, wasteful government department. One doesn't exist.

I don't know shite about changing a redlight, how many people does it normally take when you do it?

I mean, I'm assuming you were driving by and don't know all of the tasks they were doing or what stage they were on, or what they had done previously or planned to do. So I think you're kinda being a dick here.

Sorry, I've just been actually yelled at by people driving by when out in the field who usually have no clue what is going on and its pretty ignorant.

I have never done it either but I imagine I could do it a lot more efficiently than having 7 people standing around watching one guy work.

I actually watched them for a while prior to driving past them because I was working on a house around the corner and no they were only working on that one red light. The other 7 guys stood there the whole time.

Passed back by 30 minutes later and they were gone so it wasn't a huge job or anything.

What type of traffic control did they have set up?

Were they working in the signal cabinet at all?

How long did it take for you to snap the photo and race to the Internet to post this, patting yourself on the back the whole time?
