NW Arkansas - pros and cons of living there

Looking for some opinions on NW Arkansas - Fayateville, Bentonville area. Considering a move so I want to hear pros and cons. Obvious con is being a Tiger in Razorback country. Any thoughts appreciated!

The Ozarks in general are really pretty, with lots of outdoors stuff to do (hiking, canoeing, etc.).
Plus, going to SEC sporting events would be nice.

That's about all I got.

That picture is actually a very legit reason why living in NWA is awesome IMO

Fayetteville demographics

The racial makeup of the city was 86.50% White, 5.11% Black or African American, 1.26% Native American, 2.56% Asian, 0.16% Pacific Islander, 1.99% from other races, and 2.42% from two or more races. 4.86% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

I've lived here for a while now and will probably live here the rest of my life.

We really enjoy the outdoors. We go to Devils Den quite a bit during the summer to do some hiking. My wife enjoys going to the Walton Arts Center for shows that they have. We also enjoy hitting up Dickson Street 2 or 3 times a year.

This area is still growing. I think it is around 500k or so right now in this area. Not an over priced place at all. You can find new built homes, 4 BR/2BA for around $140k.

Great school systems. Teachers make a lick here. Good shopping for the women in your life. Good food. Close to Branson, and Tulsa. Fayetteville is home to the 3rd largest biker rally in the nation. Which, by all means is a pretty good time.

Always SEC contests of some sort going on. Lots of lakes and such to hit up during the summer.

On the job front, there are always large corporations hiring here.
