Anyone know of an inspection station that would likely issue an inspection sticker even if your engine light is on and cracked windshield?

Don't post the business name since we do not want to bring any attention to them. Send email to bayoutigers@hotmail.com

you sound like a broke pos

how big is the crack and what side of the windshield?

Phil & Nicks on Nicholson is pretty quick. Don't go to Benny's. I think they give you a written exam as well as a polygraph.

if your check engine light is on its likely your car will be dying soon.

Windshield is cracked 2 inches from the bottom and across the bottom. No where near the vision area. Also, the engine light is only on because of the fuel flap that Ford developed on their F150's. Truck is only 3 years old and Ford charges around $350-400 to replace which is a f'n ripoff.

Go to the place i listed. Burbank Tire also does it and is pretty ghetto from the appearance at least. Ford should fix your issue for free imo.

Put an inconspicuous sticker over where the engine light is.

The only way is if they hook the computer up to a different car for the emissions test. The comp would pick up the engine light and fail you.
