NOPD searching for man laying pipe in Central City

The victim told police that he was walking towards his home in the 3000 block of First Street around 3 p.m. Wednesday (Sept. 7) when Dwight Price approached him. Price demanded the victim pay him back money he loaned him the prior week, then hit him in the back of the head with a pipe, police said. Price fled down S. Derbigny Street.
