Trying to decide if I'm better of wearing my own stank or rinsing off in shite water.

Whatever you do, don't open your front door.

The bigger question is should you brush your teeth.

It's about time the hard working people of nola take a cue from the other side. Don't go to work and start protesting this city.

Are a lot of restaurants closed because of this water problem?

I used boiling water to shower and brush my teeth this morning, I'm regretting that decision now.

They have to bring in outside ice which is the biggest pain in the arse for them.

I would imagine they aren't serving ice with their drinks

Mitch Bitch has got NOLA on par with a third world country right now.

Check out this shite:
quote:

According to information posted at NOLA Ready, a precautionary boil water advisory means:

Don't consume tap water Use bottled or boiled water to drink, cook, brush teeth, and mix baby formula. Wash fruits and vegetables with bottled or boiled water. Don't use ice from ice trays or ice makers. Make new ice with bottled or boiled water. To be safe, give your pets bottled or boiled water. Be careful bathing If you're a healthy adult, you can bathe or shower with tap water. Be careful not to swallow any water. Give babies and young children a sponge bath or use boiled water to bathe. If you have open wounds or a weakened immune system, use boiled water to bathe. Use hand sanitizer after washing hands. Take care cleaning Wash counter tops and tables with boiled water. Use a rinse temperature of 150deg F or a sanitize cycle on your dishwasher. Wash dishes by hand as usual. Then soak in mixture of 1 gallon of water and 1 teaspoon of bleach for 1 minute. Do laundry as usual. Boil water safely Heat water until large bubbles come from the bottom to the top of the pot. Let the water boil for at least 1 minute. Turn off the stove and let the water cool. Store the water in a clean container with a cover. Add a pinch of salt and shake to improve the taste.

You probably used a ton of water before it was announced. And that goes for all the other times too. Safe to assume you are already immune (or infected)

And don't shave either. Looking for a "clean shaven" person.

Showering is fine, don't swallow the water.

Anyone notice that through the past couple years with all of these things not a single person has gotten violently ill from it. I don't think there is much risk here.

As for the dishes, a bleach water or sanitizer afterwards is perfectly fine.

Third world city and Mitch thinks he should be crowned king. Politicians simply live in an alternate universe.

When is Mitch going to face repercussions?

I am trying to wrap my head around how people defend NOLA like its the last bastion of hope when they can't even do normal daily human activities right now
