NOLA peeps, is there any reward for catching this "Reznor" tagger?

This guy is out of control. I hope someone caps him. I saw his tag 15 feet high on the interstate walls near the Metairie road exit. It's all over the city, easily the most notorious tagger in the city now. Responsible for millions in property damage.
Can we start a go fund me for a hitman to off this fool?
I don't mind the graffiti art, but people who just write their names over and over deserve to have their hands cut off.

He got a customer of mine pretty badly a couple months ago. Costed them $40,000 to fix.
I was told the reward is $100 back then due to technicalities about having a friend "turn him in" and they split the money after he gets out a few days later.

Just saw that. Back in May/June timeframe, they were saying it was 1 guy. It was only 1 who hit my customer. 50ft high walls, 100ft long covered with Reznor
