I'm curious as to what they think the added life expectancy on a 15 year old lab will be with a successful surgery.

They can't predict, however her bloodwork is good, her lungs are good and she is a mobile happy dog.

Law of averages she is nearing the finish line. I am willing to spend the money to give her more time.

I wouldn't put her through the pain and stress of a surgery given her age, but that's just me.

I just put my ole girl down the same age.

Baws it's a dog. Love the damn things, but they're animals. Papa used to put them down with a bullet. Surgery...
