I'd take the Martin Lawrence approach:

Women hit their "sexual prime" as the approach 40. If she doesn't want it now, it will probably only get worse.....especially if he doesn't address the issue.

I would try to take her on nice dates again, bring her flowers, etc. If she still doesn't want it after that, then something is wrong.
