Anybody else get these? I've had them before very rarely but probably 4-5 times in the last months I've woken up covered in sweat. WTF

Have you considered the possibility of alien abduction?

Happens about once a week, usually after drinking. I get super sweaty and wake up damp around my crotch. No clue why I only sweat down there.

Sometimes this is a symptom of blood cancers. Maybe get a CBC...

If you're waking up every night with night sweats and you're having unintentional weight loss, then I would be concerned. But you're a young, probably healthy guy except for some anxiety issues. If it concerns you enough go see your doctor and stop coming to the OT for health advice.

It sounds like your anxiety. From your post history, it's fair to conclude that you are a hypochondriac. I can't remember if you sought psychiatric treatment for that. Have you considered it?

ETA: For those wondering, I'm being 100% serious.

Savage, get help. You have posted many threads on here worried that something is wrong with your health. If your primary care physician doesn't see anything that is alarming, you need to see a psychiatrist.

Can be a sign of major illness. You should see a doctor.

Let your body heal itself naturally. I'm going to just let nature take it's course as I age. Try to eat right, get moderate exercise, plenty of sleep and live in the moment every day. No choking down medicine day after day. Your body has a predetermined genetic expiration date. There is some variation around that but for the most part it is an unchangeable fact. Just accept it and look forward to it.

I've had these for years. No major health issues. Happens when I drink or don't drink. I've heard cutting back on sugar will help alleviate night sweats. Don't know if true cause I still love Oreos. Its messy tho. I can frick up a clean set of sheets with the quickness.

Did you quit smoking weed lately? That will do it.

So quit drinking and quit not drinking. Problem solved.
