Nextdoor App - Protest Organization App?

A girl i went to school with is a huge SJW and just posted what appears to be a calling for organization of a protest in some kind of code. Can someone decipher what the hell this is? This is what she posted:

I think the app is called nextdoor, but thats about all i could decipher. I've had a few drinks tonight.. Someone help a brother out.
Disclaimer: i have zero interest in organizing or being a part of a protest. I'm just curious to see what the hell they are talking about and/or planning.

I'm not sure how she would use the Nextdoor site to organize a protest with people outside a specific neighborhood. For my neighborhood's page, I had to verify my address before I could be added to the group. (I think you can wait until they send you a postcard with the verification code to the address you use or use a landline associated with the address.) Has that changed in the last year or so and now anyone can join any neighborhood's page? 
And yeah, mostly it's a bunch of people bitching about stupid shite or being totally clueless about how things work. Ours usually has a few arguments about wildlife, with some people wanting to exterminate every critter that crosses their property lines and others wanting to let everything live.

The shite I see on nextdoor in my neighborhood is ridiculous. It was pretty useful for selling furniture I dont want anymore, though.
