After finishing ranked #4 in murder rate per capita in 2016, the citizens of New Orleans seem determined to improve on their ranking. 1Q2017 murders are up 70%. Good job Mitch, you've created quite the legacy, you don't need to worry about pulling down monuments to leave your mark.

Homicide is an utter disaster and will remain that way as long as Jimmie Turner is in charge of it. Detectives are fleeing for the TIGER unit as quickly as they can. Another one yesterday.

It's a unit that targets serial armed robbers, run by a much better person, and it's not understaffed like homicide.

Having dealt with the OPP system, I can attest that their record keeping abilities lie somewhere between a McDonald's cashier and a drive through teller at Regions.
They can't keep up with shite accurately. Except lunch time...woooweee, then it's on!
