New Orleans man shot, killed by police in Tennessee caught incident on FB Live

The man, identified as Rodney James Hess, 36, apparently broadcast the incident on Facebook Live.
Police said Hess had blocked traffic by parking his car sideways on the ramp. Officers said Hess refused their commands, made erratic statements and tried to strike officers with his vehicle, the report said.

that was a weird video. Can't tell what is going on then you just hear him scream and some weird music starts playing.

Cop on side of car with club looking like it's about to bust window then shots and then car moves.
Can't really tell if car moved before shots or not.
Dashcam will be a necessity for this one

Leads police on a high speed chase, then whips out his camera phone and starts filming and demanding to speak to "higher command" like he's at McDonald's requesting to speak to the manager. Goodbye.
