I have been saying this for a long time...

Top three threats to NOLA:

1)Hurricanes
2)Old River failure
3)Coastal Erosion

Then you have sea level rise/subsidence and bad politicians coming in 4th and fifth place. I would be much more worried about subsidence than sea level rise though.

Who is building a Dry Stack facility in Kiln, Mississippi because I'm going to need to find somewhere to store my boat because Cypress Cove isn't an option under any of these scenarios.

Miami is also supposedly already fricked. Probably not for a few decades, but said to be non reversable, same as NOLA.

Dont care about Miami as long as it doesnt get as far north as Orlando. No fricking up disney world.

And the Netherlands should already be under water as well

New Orleans has some areas already below sea level, so according to that map it should already be blue, but its not

according to the two maps it will be blue with or without pollution control

You would think, but I'm sure our elected officials will do their best to rob the billions from BP for coastal restoration because they can't balance a damn budget.

Yeah if Louisiana would apply the same techniques as the Netherlands, there is hope yet for your state.

Without their dike system, this is where the water would be:
