No it doesn't. FAKE NEWS because the OT tells me NOLA is worse than Baghdad and that it is a death sentence to venture into the city. On the same note, Baton Rouge is even worse and even typing the words "Baton Rouge" causes my life to be at risk.

I don't understand this. New Orleans will always be a greater destination city for tourists than BR.
The debate of NO vs BR only applies for being a resident.

What's with the craft beer spiel at the bottom?
Posted on 3/24/17 at 12:16 pm to LSUweights
That's right great place to visit but nobody wants to live there according to the OT. LOL
Piss and bums.

Thanks to homophobic North Carolina for putting us over the top.

Nola is trying to turn into Asheville 2.0 in regards to craft beer.

But I think you're also implying that it's only great to visit and joy to live.

Yep, and $215 a sq foot home values!

Isn't Asheville already Portland 2.0?

I think something like 8 breweries have opened over the past two years with more on the way.
I don't see it being a big tourist driver, but it just adds to the options of things to do once here

One city is renown for its heritage, arts, food, nightlife, and music.
The other is a white flight dump that has gotten so bad, a large portion of its residents are trying to secede and form their own city.
Not much of a debate.
