Sitting here watching the replay from Saturday and was wondering as successful as McCarty has been, I would assume he gets job offers every year What sould it take to get him to leave or us he happy to just stay at Neville forever? Just curious . . . thanks!

If he didn't go to West Monroe a few years ago when Shows left, I'd say he will stay at Neville for a long time...

He's a WM Alum, but I don't think anyone else was getting that job before Arledge.

Job offers to where? People want innovative offensive minds as coaches these days especially when going from HS to College

Not defensive gurus

I know, I am a friend that played ball with him. I. Think he stays at Neville for a long while. I think a legacy like Brown and Childress means a lot to him, that is just my impression, not from Mickey himself.

When you live in Monroe, high school football is your life, even when you're 50.

In Bunkie, we look down on the plebs from Monroe. Low class unlike Bunkie.

I'm sure it is. I was just curious what him and the other HCs make.
