Never received my renewed registration sticker

Sell your car, without registration it won't be worth driving.

Same thing happened to me. By the time I noticed and contacted them, I had to pay a late fee to renew. They claim I was sent a renewal notice to renew online but I never received it.

Be careful, manybyimes it's because your license is flagged.

Happened to me. I cancelled one insurance and started a new one. Because of the way the premiums worked out, in theory, I had 2 days lapse in converage. Had a flag, never got renewal, received ticket for expired plate!

Still pissed, 2 years later!

This happened to my dad when he tried to renew his boat trailer. They basically told him to get fricked and do it again.

Happened to me a few years ago. I renewed online and printed the receipt. A couple wks later, I called the office to tell them I never received the sticker. They said it must've got lost in the mail and I had to pay a fee to have the send another. Told her I didn't lose the sticker so I wasn't paying a second fee. I kept the receipt in my truck just in case I got pulled over. Kept it like that for a year with no problem.

Mine went down like this...Had St Farm for years. Switched to Republic with house and cars. Once in place, I received a premium notice from St Farm. I told them I switched and to cancel my account...since I didn't need to pay the premium, it auto cancelled at the date the previous premium expired, which was 2 days before my Republic policy started!

So in real life, I NEVER was uncovered...but when I cancelled, the back dated cancellation left me with the appearance of 2 uninsured days.

It means you get a free year.
