first off, how good are you at "eating clean"? does this mean you don't eat ANY desserts/alcohol/refined grains/junk food? do you cheat on wknds?

what do you eat for breakfast?

do you ever pack a lunch? if so what do you pack? is there any lunch you can pack that doesn't require having a microwave?

TIA.

Just depends on the week. Keep both to a minimum, but I certainly don't abstain.

Hard Boiled Eggs and maybe bacon and berries
Or a pumpkin shake - Berries, Protein Powder, almond and coconut milk, flax seed, pumpkin. Maybe Oatmeal.

Salad. Almost every single day. Substitute with a can of sardines and/or tuna to mix it up a bit.

Roast Chickens are your friend.

one good tip when grocery shopping is to stay out of the interior of the store. stay along the perimeter and youre off to a good start

Pretty damn good during the week but it's hard to maintain on the weekends.

Either a protein smoothie that I make at home or a regular protein shake and banana. Every weekday. I make an egg white omelet with turkey on the weekends.

I pack a lunch every day. Usually some form of chicken, tuna, or fish that I had the night before for dinner and a salad with an apple for desert.

Hey, I dabble.

Food and Health, Running and Running Shoes, Baton Rouge Debates, Beards and Shaving, Apple and Android debates. That seems really random when you look at it. If it's something interesting I don't care where it's posted. Except for the Outdoor Board.

4-5 shakes a day (mix between RTDs and powder).

2 protein bars.

coffee - black.

any low GI food during the day. Small amount (fist size) of carbs and protein (fish, lean beef, chicken) with every meal.

Only fibrous carbs after 4 p.m.

This was some of the best advice I got when I first started to really focus on my diet.

I eat fairly clean. Fruit for breakfast. Green salad and chicken breast for lunch. Green salad and chicken breast for supper. Snack on carrots.

I do cheat sometimes. On weekdends I will grill some chicken wings or steak or eat fried fish, etc. I also drink plenty of beer on the weekend. I also exercise daily.

This.

I eat sushi, pizza, pancakes, double whoppers etc weekly and stay shredded while these idiots are trying to control their insulin levels by eating chicken breasts and eggs all the do-da day.

Strong life, strong everything

I am good about 85% of the time. It is obviously harder when you are at a sports bar with the guys or had a long day of work. Try to be good 1 of every 2 times you are in that situation, or if you cheat, have a cheat meal, not a cheat day. I try and have only 2-3 bad meals a week

I eat low sugar instant oatmeal and 1 egg/3 egg whites basically every day. It keeps me full til lunch

I am boring in this respect. I eat 6-8 oz of chicken breast/thighs with butternut squash...every day

My biggest thing, and the hardest, is to cut off carbs at like 4 pm. I work out in the morning so that is possible for me; would be almost impossible for me if i didn't
