looking to go in october or november with my wife for 4 or 5 days. willing to go anywhere in the cabo san lucas/los cabos area(basically anywhere within 30 minutes of the int'l airport).
i'm only interested in an all inclusive. Neither of us golf, but i do want a place with great food.
also, is it better to book my airfare separate, or package deal with the room. US air and American fly direct from LAX to cabo so the flight plan is pretty easy.
edit- i am leaning towards Secrets as i've heard good things from friends about their other properties
TIA

that scenery from pool is pretty legit though.

I stayed at the Riu Palace about 7 years ago. It was alright, but the food wasn't very good (I think this is expected at all inclusives).

The Resort at Pedregal hands down top 3 places i've ever stayed. It's not all inclusive but I'd still do it

Stayed here and the Rose. Both were good, central, and all inclusive.
If you stay at one, you have access to all facilities at the other next door.

I would stay very close to town and eat out. There is so much good food in Cabo to waste time eating at a all inclusive...

Just got back 2 weeks ago. We stayed at the riu Santa Fe. I enjoyed it. Food was decent. Asian restaurant was our favorite. The grounds are huge, it felt like we walked a half a mile from our room to the beach. Scuba was ok the current was really strong. The fishing was awesome.

I second this. I have been there on a package flight + room from LAX. It's a good place and adults only. The other good thing is that you can go to any of the Pueblo Bonita resorts in the area (I think there are 4) for meals and drinks. That gives you a pretty good variety of options.
I go there maybe twice a year because the wife and I enjoy fishing and we are both SCUBA certified and we enjoy diving in Cabo.

What's the price tag on this place? I'm looking for a place this December for 4-5 days and we've never been to Cabo.

I'm going back in a month. 8 days, 7 nights with flight for around $1700 per person all inclusive.

You won't see Cabo at an all-inclusive. No one stays at their resort. Everyone leaves and goes to the marina or various boat tours.

what about the drinks? do they have american brands? or is it watered down stuff like ive heard about at other inclusive resorts?
