Need a lower back doctor - recs?

Wheezy was like a deuce and a half.

I'm 165 and work out 6 days a week. Pulled muscles before and this is no muscle pull.

Looking for ortho i guess

Not sure if this is a slipped disc or pinched nerve but its got me locked up pretty good.

I used to think i had lower back issues, up until I realized that I was constantly pulling muscles in my buttocks. Most people dont realize that most of the ower back pain that you think you feel is actually coming from the buttock region. Same with neck pain, usually it is due to a pulled muscle between your shoulder blades.
The foam roller supplied at the gym and online is a lifesaver, i use it every night, no more problems
